At Denver Zoo Conservation Alliance, we proudly care for four male and three female African lions! If you’ve visited DZCA before, chances are, you’ve seen this beautiful pride in their state-of-the-art habitat, Predator Ridge. This habitat keeps our pride cozy all year long, as they have the opportunity to snuggle up on heated rocks during the colder winter months.

Did you know? African lions are the most social of all cats, meaning when you adopt a lion, you’re sure to have a new BFF! When you adopt an African lion, you’re contributing to the world-class care we provide for our real-live pride—and also helping to support DZCA’s mission of Inspiring Communities to Save Wildlife for Future Generations.
